30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@corecoolthings.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed. Sale and clearance items are final sale unless faulty.
