To track your order follow the steps below:
1. Go to you order confirm email.
2. Copy the tracking number.
3. Open the link below (—>tracking website).
4. Paste the tracking number in the “Track” bar.

We can split a single order in different shipments due to logistic reasons.
After the first shipment is received, we automatically update your order email with the new tracking number (you’ll receive an update email too).
Our shipping are delivered by Poste Italiane.
Once in Italy, Poste Italiane will update the tracking number, for this reason the new number will take few days before being active, after that you can keep tracking your order without problems.
